Izhevsk State Medical Academy Overview

Izhevsk State Medical Academy is one of Russia’s top medical schools. It has been around since 1933 and has trained over 21,500 doctors and medical staff. The academy has 351 teachers, including 86 doctors and 212 candidates in medicine. They provide high-quality education at 52 departments and 28 clinical bases, with more than 2,800 students, including international students.

Since 1988, the academy has trained students from around the world. It has built international partnerships with universities in countries such as Hungary, Poland, Argentina, Greece, and many others. More than 3,000 students from 113 countries have graduated, including physicians, dentists, and pediatricians. The academy also supports exchange programs for students and young doctors.
