Established in 1957, Kabardino-Balkarian State University (KBSU) is known for providing high-quality medical education. The university is located in the beautiful city of Nalchik, Russia, and offers both strong theoretical knowledge and hands-on clinical training.
The university has a dedicated faculty team focused on preparing the next generation of medical professionals. KBSU’s MBBS program is recognized by the Medical Council of India (MCI), which means students can work as doctors in India after passing the MCI screening test.
With support from the Ministry of Health and Education, tuition fees have been reduced, making it easier for international students to apply.
Given that only about 85,000 seats are available for over 2 million students appearing for the NEET exam in India each year, more students are considering studying MBBS abroad.
